Pirau Nui

An island familiar,

but...different

The region is almost entirely covered by continuous electrical storms, making it killing anyone foolish enough to trek through. The storms also prevent the mining of th elast remaining metals.

What once was a tropical paradise, is now a frozen tundra thanks to leaking coolant from underground. The survival of it's residents hinges solely on the regions close proximity to the remaining mineable metal that the people can use to trade with Fe-Koro for basic resources.

Rock formations big and small dominate this region due to embedded chunks of metal reacting to a malfunctioning gravity field. Navigation is treacherous for those without a proper guidance system, mechanical or otherwise.

The only region left (mostly) untouched by the robot's malfunctioning systems. Much of the agriculture and greenery is grown here.

The land is barren, stripped of anything useful from the metal mining. It is a stark contrast to the magnificent cities of Fe-Wahi, which has been built from said metals.

A dry barren volcanic region, possessing basic minerals and ores underground to sustain a mining and blacksmith livelihood. This makes it enticing for those who wish to live a more isolated life without too much trouble.

After the mighty battle between Mata Nui and Makuta Teridax, the Great Spirit Robot fell towards the ground creating a large impact crater that filled up with the waters surrounding it. With the face still exposed, the Robot's camouflage systems kicked in one final time to cover the surface with an island. The damage was too great however, preventing the systems from covering the entire face, and turning parts of the island from once beautiful regions to now dangerous terrain.
